What data this website collects

This is an information website: there are no contact forms, no user accounts or registrations, and no advertising trackers.

Google Analytics - only with your consent: if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used - which pages are visited, from what device and browser, and from which approximate area. The data is pseudonymous, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we do not build visitor profiles. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, and no longer than 14 months. Google may also process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you click “Decline” or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and nothing is sent to Google.

Third-party services

Appointment booking: appointments are made through the external platform Superdoc (superdoc.bg), which this site only links to. Superdoc is an independent data controller and processes your data under its own privacy policy, published on its website.

Google Maps: the map on the contact page loads only after you explicitly click the “Show the map” button. Only then does your browser connect to Google's servers, and Google may set cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. If you do not click the button, no data is sent to Google.

Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, your requests may be processed on Vercel's infrastructure, and the host keeps server logs with IP addresses for a short time - solely for security and technical maintenance.

Clinical photos

The before-and-after photos in the clinical cases section are published with the explicit consent of the patients concerned. They are not personal data of the website's visitors.

Your rights

If you are a patient of the practice, your data (medical records) is processed outside this website, as required by law. Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) - cpdp.bg. Apart from the statistics described above, collected only with your consent, the website does not collect visitors' personal data.
